AIS Landing Blitz Week
July 2022
Leelanau Clean Water was awarded a grant from Clean Boats Clean Waters! We installed signage on area inland lakes with messaging about the prevention of AIS into local waters at this year’s AIS Landing Blitz.
The AIS Landing Blitz is a collaborative outreach campaign to raise awareness about preventing the spread of aquatic invasive species (AIS) through recreational boating and related activities.

This year’s AIS Landing Blitz occurred July 1-10, 2022.
Yoga on the Beach Popup
featuring LCW, July 2022
Yoga on the beach is led by Amy Hubbell through her program, Yoga on the Beach. Since 2020, Amy has been sharing her talents with LCW as a member of the Education and Outreach Team.
As part of this effort, Amy has highlighted water during yoga PopUps featuring Leelanau Clean Water, and has donated 30% of proceeds to LCW. Thank you, Amy!
